Although my dining experience was not pleasant I contacted the restaurant and relayed my displeasure and the Owner is willing to compensate me with either full refund or a meal on the house. This shows class and a business worth giving a second chance to. Very very impressed with their quick response and options offered. Thanks Trattoria

I have been to this place 5 or 6 times....I have given up on it. I really wanted to like it. The decor is so cool. the food has been hit and miss thought. I think chef Christine is imaginative...new italian I guess..I have loved some things and others I couldn't eat. But I think the service by far is the worst thing about this place. They have really good bread with this great bean sauce...but it is actually like pulling teeth to get it refilled! and the waiters have all been through houdini training....always gone...the chef and waitstaff need to stop being so upity...cause it is terrible!.

Two dishes were inedible, sent back and the chef did not even visit the table. Pizza is always fantastic, but not worth the brand new little waiter that was in the weeds and could get no help from the other 5 servers and one manager just standing around. Make your own choice but I will never go back nor my friends.... Coming from an Itialian family this food was disgusting and would have made my great grandmother roll over in her grave if she tried there bolognese.. in the end.. service was poor, drinks came slow, food was bad(unless it was the pizza) and the attitude in the whole place was nothing to be desired.... what a shame!!!!

the "Tratt "as my friends and family like to call this restaurant , is a great place to see and be seen. The food is always surprising and the chef is one of the most daring and creative in the city. I will attend any event that this restaurant participates in because there is always something different or some new technique that this young culinary star is willing to introduce oklahoma city to. If you will be attending a show at the civic center I suggest dining at the famous pizza theater in the middle of the dining room ( for those of you who watch the tv show hell's kitchen, you are right in the middle of the action without all the cursing and humiliation of the cooks that chef ramsay brings to your tv set ), instead you get to see the reality of hard work and communication that any successful business needs to become leaders in thier arena. My favorites at the time of this writing ( the menu changes seasonally ) the quatro stagioni pizza, housemade gnocchi with scallops, of course the rigatoni buttera and lastly the filet is one of the best in town for all of you beef eaters you won't be let down. If there is something that you had before ask any one of the servers or host and they will remember it right down to the salt and pepper, they are trained right along with the kitchen staff to know all the food just as if they had cooked it themselves. With all the exciting new opportunities happening in downtown oklahoma city and the potential timing of our new NBA team this restaurant does oklahoma city proud. Lookout " Tratt " business is coming !

Excellent service, ambience, choice and a rare dining experience in OKC. My husband and I have eaten here often and especially love the Monday night wine dinners (make reservations way in advance, usually booked months ahead). Seldom do I do restaurant reviews but after stumbling on this site and reading the scathing review of the TRAT by a previous reviewer I felt I needed to speak up! Since the reviewer also reviewed 19 other restaurants on the same day, giving only 1 or 2 a good review, decided he was just trying to disparage the restaurant for some reason???? Best Pizza. Try the Trat, you'll have a great time.
