I have been going to Crossroads since they were at the mall, almost 10 years I guess. The staff have always been professional and efficient and Dr. Webb is stunningly honest not to mention uncommonly competent. Before finding this dentistry I was apprehensive having my teeth worked on because of past experiences elswhere. Dr. Webb is the best I have met at administering the pain medicine and knowing exactly how to help make procedures as pain-free as possible. There rates are very reasonable especially considering the excellent level of service. I have many co-workers who have switched to Crossroads - and all of them have thanked me. I highly recommend Crossroads Family Dentistry.

I had poor dental care all of my life until I finally got dental insurance in 2004. Someone recommended Dr. Underwood to me and I am sure thankful that they did because he has been wonderful!!! After a bad experience as a child, I have always been very afraid of dental work...until now that is. Dr. Underwood did some major work on my teeth and was always very attentive to pain management. He did fantastic dental work for me with very little pain at all. I don't even get nervous when I go see him now! Another plus is that I have never waited more than 10 minutes in the waiting room and office staff has always treated me in a professional manner.

That is what brought me to Crossroads Family Dentistry, the ad in the paper that stated "We Cater To Cowards" many years ago....... I believe the offices were out of a large 2 story house at the time. I started out seeing Dr. Dais, and over the last 14 years or so I have seen Dr. Underwood. There have been several times emergencies and such I have also seen Dr. Webb. I do not like dentists!!!!!! But when I or one of my children must go to the dentist it is off to Crossroads Family Dentistry! I have never been treated with anything but respect at their offices, even when I start whining because of my fear of dentists. The dental assistants are awesome!!!. I have a personal story and will try and make it brief....... 13 years ago I was put on a seizure medication to control what my Dr. believed was trigiminal neuralgia (sp?). My husband had just been diagnosed with epilepsy and was already on seizure meds, what a pair we were!! Went for a regular Dr's appt and was informed I was pregnant......Dr suggested abortion, was not supposed to get pregnant while on these meds......and now I was high risk and no one wanted to take care of me. We had been trying for a few years to get pregnant so now we were dealing with all sorts of emotions..........during this time I went for my normal cleaning and xrays with Dr. Underwood, as stated on the records they had me update my meds and health information. Dr. Underwood waltzed in singing something, and then asked about the updated information... he said they are all wrong...I had 3 upper teeth that were bad and that is where all of the pain was coming from not trigiminal whatever, he said taper off the drugs, we will get those teeth repaired and you will be fine......he was blunt to the point and correct all around! I tapered off the meds, put my foot down to my family Dr, and neurologist, received my root canals (gladly) and even though I was still high risk, only because of the unknown about what might happen being as I was on the meds when getting pregnant, my son came out fine! I say all of this because this came from caring people and their expertise. This place is a business, things happen if you have a problem with billing issues or anything I have never had a problem thus far in them explaining anything to me. This is my story......will get off my platform now......I was just looking up the exact address for Crossroads Family Dentistry online for a friend and saw where I could voice my opinion! Thanks! Crossroads Family Dentistry with David A Webb (et al) is the most unethical immoral people I have ever had dealings with. David A Webb is incompetent and overcharge for both bad work and work that only appeared to be finished. For example he drilled a large hole in a tooth and only partially filled it. Shortly there after the pain began, and after numerous attempts to get him to find and fix the problem, which he knew about all along, I finally went to another dentist and had to have the tooth removed. The other dentist said that the hole was clearly visible and was done with a drill, and there was no excuse for Webb not fixing it. After finding this out, I contacted them and they refused to even discuss the issue. There is much more to this story but everyone should get the idea to stay away from them at all costs.

Crossroads family dentistry will get into your pocket and you will never see a refund. They have every excuse in the world for not paying back an overcharge. I will never use them again.

Thank you John for your review. being that you didn't have a root canal done, and only charged for a cleaning I don't understand your problem with our office. If you do finally need a root canal as you said that you MAY need, according to one of the Doctors. Please John go else where to have it done.
